iPhone 14 Pro – Expected Price And Top 10 Features

We are less than a day to go to the apple iPhone 14 event and the news we’ve been wanting to hear for the last few generations of iPhone is finally here.

At this event we’ll probably see the next generation iphone14 models. Apple Watch Series  8 and even possibly the new Air pods pro 2 . We also have to remember will also be getting iOS 16 available on all the iPhone 14 models from day one. 

We already know that iOS 16 will give us new features including widgets and changes to the lock screen And cloud share photo library.

As I’ll be writing soon for these so let’s talk about 8K video recording or the iphone14 pro and the iphone14 pro max .

As we’ve known for a while the iphone14 pro and the14 pro max will be getting a new 48 megapixel sensor camera in its standard wide lens. It will give a superior photos. Ming-Chi Kuo also revealed that the new 48 megapixel sensor will be able to offer 8K video recording for the first time on any iPhone. 

We got introduced to 4K video recording on the iPhone 6S back in 2015. So it’s been seven years since we’ve had a jump in resolution for recording.

However with the likes of the M1 variant chipset and even the new M2 chipset apple macs are more than capable to edit iPhone 8K footage. so now it does make sense for apple to make 8K recording a reality.

There is no word of how many frames per second there’s 8K recording will be able to do but it’s most likely it will definitely be able to do 24 or 30 frames per second 

Now before I continue on now is a good time more than ever to mention that all reports and leaks that you’re reading here are not one 100% proof that they will come true with the new iPhone even though we are so close to its release now I only present to you what reports or information are out there.

Apple Launch Dates in Past

We now know that apple will be doing an event in September for the iPhone and it’s happening a little earlier than usual this time around normally the apple event is around mid September to early October time. 

For example if we go back to the iPhone 4S in 2011 this classic iPhone came out on 14th October that year. Then skip a year to 2012 with the iPhone 5 it was 21st September 2012

Then let’s skip a few years ahead of that to 2016 where it was the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7+ and the release year for that was 16th September.

In 2019 we saw the release of the iPhone 10S on 21st September and the iPhone 10R on 26th October and last year for example where the iPhone 12 models the release dates were 23rd October to 13th November.

Now mainly you can see release dates have either been kind of mid end September to kind of end October there’s something special coming out or something a bit different

The main exception was back in 2020 and that was with the iPhone 12 where actually the phone got released a little bit later in October time but mainly this was due to covid.

However last year in 2021 we were back on schedule with the iPhone seeing the end of September release of all four models on 24th September. This year the iPhone event is happening on 7th September.

so it’s fairly likely that preorders for the iphone14 will be available on Friday 9th September.

This means most likely we’ll be able to get the iPhone 14 models in our hands a week later on 16th September was a little earlier than the last few years but not unheard of like the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7+ being released on this exact date.

Other Apple Products Expected To Be Launched On 7th September 2022

Most likely will show the new apple watch 8, some new service changes as well like to fitness plus and apple TV and the possibility of seeing the new air pods pro 2 as well.

However do expect the iphone14 models to be revealed at the end of the event that they always have before so next of all let’s do a summary of everything we know so far including the prices for the iphone14 pro and the14 pro max.

iPhone 14 Pro Expected Price And Features

So starting with the iPhone 14 pro we know that this year we’ll be getting a 6.1 inch OLED display that has a resolution of 2532×1170 pixels.

It will be a120 HZ promotion display just like we got last year and under the hood we’ll have 6GB of RAM inside it and the storage options will be 120GB. 256GB. 512GB and 1TB.

There will also be the advanced version of new A15 bionic chipset inside it and this will come with four efficiency cores on the CPU, two performance cores and also a five core GPU.

The body itself will be an aluminium body or aluminium body if you’re in the USA  and then the actual back of the actual iPhone 14 pro  will have a triple camera set up and this will have your traditional wide ultra wide and also have your telephoto lens as well for a bit of zooming

On top of this as well there will be a 3095 mAh battery but similar to what we got inside the iPhone 13 pro and then the base model will come in at 128GB of storage and this will start at $1099. 

iPhone 14 Pro Max Expected Price

That’s of all let’s move to the iphone14 pro max for this iPhone we’ll be getting a 6.78 inch OLED display .

That will be a 2770 X 1280 Pixels and again it will be a  120HZ pro motion display 6 GB of RAM again and then again the storage will be a 128GB  all the way up to 1TB of storage .

There will be that A16 Bionic chip set inside it and the CPU inside this will have a four CPU efficiency cause and then two performance cores and also have a five core GPU as well .

It will also have that aluminium or aluminium body that triple camera set up again of that ultra wide and also that telephoto lens and also the light sensor.

The battery will be very similar to the iPhone 13 pro max it will be a 4352 mAh battery and then the base model price of iPhone 14 pro max will be 128 GB coming in at $1199. 

There are still lots of last minute changes and tweaks we are hearing from the iPhone 14 models this year and as time goes on this feature list will become more and more complete.
